Hello and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Ericka Davis. I started off in 2010 as a paralegal with a passion for paperwork and creating perfect documents which I still have. While working in that environment I obtained my notary public license in June 2011 and then added tax preparation services in October of 2011. All of the knowledge obtained facilitated the developing of what was then Expertise Legal Documents & Notary. After a rebranding move for ELDN came Expertise Services & Weddings Las Vegas at the end of 2016.
My specific areas of expertise are my high attention to detail, professionalism, exquisite customer service from beginning to end and caring nature. With over 6 years of experience those elements have allowed me to consistently provide expedited turnaround times including same-day services, mobile notary, and document filing. FREE Notarizations with all document preparation services. Below you will see a certificate from Notary 2 Pro which is a training program that enhanced my notary skills. I am now certified to work with mortgage and loan documents. In addition, I am a mobile notary public that also performs weddings, vow renewals and elopements in Clark County, NV.

Per the State of Nevada the following are basic fees:
For taking an acknowledgment, for the first signature of each signer....... $5.00
For each additional signature of each signer.................................................... 2.50
For administering an oath or affirmation without a signature...................... 2.50
For a certified copy............................................................................................... 2.50
For a jurat, for each signature on the affidavit................................................ 5.00
The State of Nevada also regulates mobile fees to the following:
(1) If the person requesting the notarial act asks the notary public to travel between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., $10 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
(2) If the person requesting the notarial act asks the notary public to travel between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., $25 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
