Service Description
The service fee for this call will be deducted from your overall business should you continue with services from Expertise Services & Weddings. We will conduct a full assessment of your needs and together we iron out all the details for your special day anywhere you are comfortable. This is a phone call or can be completed via video chat Telegram or WhatsApp. These are free apps for global communication.
Upon booking, Expertise Services & Weddings will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Retainer is non-refundable and ineligible for refund after, even if the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for any reason; including acts of God, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The Reservation Retainer is to be paid at time of signing the contract. The Reservation Retainer is applied toward the contracted wedding service package. For cancellations, please contact no less than 72 hours (3 days) in advance to avoid being charged any additional incurred expenses. If less than 72 hours please contact directly by phone or email.
